Welcome to BBpicks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bbpicks.com and any related services (the "Service") operated by BBpicks ("BBpicks," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
BBpicks is a social fantasy league inspired by the television series Big Brother. The Service lets you join or create groups, make houseguest picks, and view standings. BBpicks is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CBS Broadcasting Inc., Paramount Global, Endemol Shine, or any other rights holder of Big Brother. All third-party trademarks are property of their respective owners.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are inactive, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of any text, images, or other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant BBpicks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and use Your Content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to grant this license.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding Your Content), is owned by BBpicks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including but not limited to Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Apple, MailerSend, and Twilio) and may link to or integrate with third-party content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or anyone else for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
BBpicks does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or experience. The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBpicks and its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BBpicks and its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and BBpicks regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
